Almost 6 weeks in and nothing. I am not as dedicated as I should be. Going back to the low carb. I just feel better. And I am calorie counting. Trying not to get more than 1400. I hope this goes well.

One month and still haven't lost any weight. I am trying the cardiac patient three day diet to try to jump start my system. I hope it works. I just feel really upset that I can't seem to lose. We did a challenge at work a few years ago and it was so much easier then. 


The Vitachrom shots seem to have given me more energy. I did not have one last week and I could really tell the difference.

My son and husband have joined the gym with me. I want to get my son into exercise while he is still young. He needs to be more active.

OK. I have cheated this weekend. I had milkshakes and pizza and a coke. I really have to get back on track.
I watched Fat Head the movie and really enjoyed it. It explains alot about fat and carbs and how they react in the body.
I am still going with Atkins for my weigthloss. I just have to get serious. I read a piece in the book from a woman who lost 100 lbs in six months. Can that really be possible? I would love to have that kind of results.

My mother's birthday. :(

I have been doing pretty good on my diet, I think. I haven't lost any weight though. I am still on atkins and have only cheated once. I had a milkshake Tuesday. It was a really bad day. Today I did really well. Joyce, Jessi and myself went to Chick Fil A after a meeting in Tupelo and I resisted temptation to get anything.

So far today I have had a salad, Atkins bar and Atkins shake. Turkey pepperoni. For dinner I am fixing baked pork chops, asparagus and cauliflower with butter and cheese.

Hope to be and the gym later tonight.

"Hash browns"

So this is what I made for breakfast this morning. "Hash browns." It was pretty good.

I put some olive oil and butter in a hot nonstick pan. I added:
Broccoli Slaw
Fresh jalepeno chopped and devained and seeded.
Green Onion
Chopped mushrooms

I sauted on high until it started to brown then added salt and pepper and grated pepper jack cheese.

I think I will make a bigger pan of it for my breakfast tomorrow and add some turkey sausage and maybe less oil and butter. I think I used too much this morning. Maybe try a different cheese.

Not really losing. So a little frustrated. I have had a lung infection and have not been to the gym. Am still trying to eat better and have given up sugary drinks. I have been drinking mostly water and tea. The occasional Crystal Light or Diet Drink.

I am taking Vitachrom Injections but if I don't start seeing some results I will probably stop. I have also started Atkins. I am trying to leave out the fatty meats though. I am struggling in finding what to eat. I think I will make some soups and get some fresh veggies and frozen veggies to eat. So far it has been lots of eggs and cheese. That can't be good.

Today so far I have eaten: Atkins shake, two boiled eggs, pepper jack cheese, a few pork skins. Tea.
